Offers are welcome!The bubble was resealed but fell off during transit. Clear packing tape was used to reattach the bubble to the card. You may be able to see the clear tape in the photographs. From a distance, it is less noticeable, but up close, it is visible and can be felt. This ensures the bubble will stay attached. Sold AS-IS.
