This is a high quality black leather concho belt. It has 12 1" round star nickel plated conchos in 3 groups of 4. It is 1" wide and adjusts with 5 holes at 1" increments. The measurements are from the fold at the buckle to the middle hole. . We use only real leather from hides, no bonded leather. This belt will last a long long time. All of my products are made by me in my own workshop. I use hand methods when called for and good machinery for the rest.
